Good developers are very hard to find. Once you get a team going with a Software project its very hard to find new people if your exixting team meamber leave the company.
When a good team has finally been assembled, it’s imperative to keep them together and working well. Even when you find a person with the right skills, personality conflicts and other issues can arise to complicate the team dynamics and jeopardize the team’s cohesion.
There are many contriveries that the software programmers are not treated well with the management people,. because the management is more commercial orinted. So the managment people give more importance to the salse development rather than developers. The more important thing about the company is the prodcut where the software programmers bulild the product, but unfortunatelly they are given little importance.
There are few aspects like money, selfrespect which will act on the developres. The always move for the sake of high rise in salory, if the not find the good environmet. Good developers are always in deman.
In order to keep them work for longer time, the companies has to take this issue very seriousely and keep communicating with their developers and give them good team sperit and make them have good environmet..
